FOH/Restaurant Management (21 yrs+)
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing the FOH and bar staff. They may be responsible for different tasks such as recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, employee development as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests. Restaurant Manager requirements and qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, extensive food and spirits knowledge a plus computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems such as MicroSales, experience in event planning, strong leadership, motivational and people skills, good financial management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills. Promo Model (21 yrs+)
We are looking for Promo Models to join our team and help to build sales in our region through sampling & tasting events. Working our events includes customer service duties, such as approaching complete strangers and striking up conversation about a product/service as well as taking event photos and helping with promotions. Travel will be required in West Michigan, mainly Grand Rapids and nearby areas. Reliable transportation and a valid ID will be required. Events will be scheduled for varying Weds & Thurs Evenings, Friday Afternoons & Evenings, and Saturday Afternoons & Evenings for events 3-6 hours long. There will be zero tolerance for No call, No shows. Training and any licensing/ certifications will be provided.
